All our products are collected from carefully selected manufacturers who share the same values as us, like exquisite quality and durability. Therefore all our products are covered by 2 years guarantee. This guarantee doesn't include issues arising as a result of normal wear and tear, inaccurate use or incidental damage.

Terms And Conditions:

1. General wear and tear, staining, accidental damage, abrasion, natural cushion flattening are excluded.
2. Affected wood due to extreme humidity or direct heat source is excluded.
3. Proof of purchase is the responsibility of a purchaser.
4. The guarantee is not transferable and valid from the date of original purchase.
5. This guarantee doesn't apply to non-domestic usage nor for good which are taken outside of UK.
6. The guarantee may be revoked if the buyer doesn't follow appropriate product care procedures in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations where applicable, or where the item has been impaired, adapted or altered.
7. The above conditions related to ALAN MIZRAHI LIGHTING, the 2 year guarantee are not intended to affect your statutory consumer rights under the Sale of Goods to Consumer's Regulations 2002.
